Lapacho has a pleasant smoky taste when drunk alone. Alternatively it could be combined with marigold and Echinacea to support the immune system.
Directions for Use
One to two teaspoons to one cup of boiling water. Brew for 10 minutes and strain. Alternatively, for a stronger preparation, place herb and water in a stainless steel pan and simmer for 20 minutes. Drink up to three cups daily.
Notes on the Herb
Lapacho is a natural antimicrobial remedy for bacterial, viral and fungal infections. It may be helpful in chronic infections, including candidiasis. In addition, lapacho has cleansing and anti-inflammatory properties. Suitable for children.
